I’m a Perinatal Pilates Coach and a mum of one—with another on the way! (Due July 2025)
During my first pregnancy, I assumed my active lifestyle was enough. Hypnobirthing gave me a positive birth experience, but I was completely unprepared for postpartum recovery. I dismissed my aches and pains, believing a "textbook" birth meant I wouldn’t have issues.
A year later, persistent back and hip pain made me realize I had been neglecting my body. Frustrated by the lack of postnatal support, I turned to Pilates—not for fitness, but for rehab. As I regained strength, I uncovered deeper issues like stress incontinence and realized traditional "Kegels" weren’t enough. I needed a whole-body approach to healing.
Now, I help mums who want to reconnect with their bodies through mindful, evidence-based Pilates—supporting you before AND after pregnancy with movement and recovery that truly works.
My approach fosters a supportive, educational space where you can take much-needed ‘Me Time’ to focus on your perinatal journey. Whether you want to return to running, the gym, or simply enjoy an active mum life without pain or discomfort, I tailor every movement to your unique needs—so you can regain confidence, build strength, and move freely again.
Motherhood will change your body, but it doesn’t have to limit you!!
I help women through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum with safe, effective, and supportive Perinatal Pilates. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and regain confidence, so you can move through motherhood feeling strong and supported.
I believe movement is a powerful tool for healing, resilience, and well-being. Through expert-led Pilates, I provide the knowledge and tools to support your long-term health and feel at home in your body again.
With a hands-on, guided approach, I tailor each session to your needs, ensuring you gain real results. Whether you're preparing for birth or recovering postpartum, I offer a welcoming space and a personalized approach to help you feel your best.
💕 Because motherhood is a journey, and you deserve to feel strong, capable, and empowered every step of the way. 💕

As a growing business there are limitations on when and where I can host classes. If you have a time and place in mind LET ME KNOW! I am open to trying new locations and times if the demand is there. Alternatively, the best way to overcome flexibility is to book 1:1.
I am located in Highworth, and I offer services in Wiltshire and the surrounding areas within a 10 mile/20min radius.
For group classes, I provide all the essentials: mat, ball, block, and resistance bands—so you can just show up and focus on your movement! However, if you prefer to use your own equipment or need additional support, you’re welcome to bring extras like cushions, bolsters, a birthing ball, or light weights. These are optional and not necessary for getting the most out of your session.
For Mum & Me classes, feel free to bring simple toys, a bouncer, or a play mat to keep your little one comfortable and happy. Please avoid noisy toys so everyone can stay focused and enjoy the session.
It is recommended to return to exercise after 10 week post caesarean section or after 6 weeks if you had a vaginal birth. The class is designed to accommodate working with tummy muscle separation (DRAM), or prolapse.
Although I encourage you to prioritise these sessions as "non-negotiables" I also get that life happens- especially in this phase of life! Unfortunately as a small business, classes are non-refundable, but I am happy to transfer the missed class to another session if appropriate.
In the comfort of your own home!
Of course! The "Mum and me" is the perfect class for this. 1:1's you are welcome to have your baby at home - however I do highly recommend trying to have some YOU time to focus without distractions and get the most out of your session. With every other group class option you will need to arrange childcare.
I require all clients to complete a deep screening form called a PAR-Q which ensures that you are not taking any risks and helps me to tailor to your needs. This will be emailed to you ahead of your free consultation/booking.
NO! Whatever stage you are at:
Prenatal - Aim for your due date to be after the last session but remember that the course comes with a complimentary postnatal 1:1! So even if you have an early arrival, I will be there to support you on your recovery whenever YOU are ready.
Postnatal- If your babies are no longer babies it is never too late to focus on you. Strength and Recovery can happen at ANY stage in life.
Course has already started - You can always enquire if there is still space and you are welcome to join the remainder of the sessions.
Group Classes are booked in 6-week blocks. To reserve your spot, simply send me your email address along with the course you're interested in. I’ll then send you the booking details, including a Health PAR-Q Form, Terms & Conditions, and payment instructions. Once completed, your spot will be secured.
Private Classes are available in 6 or 12-week blocks. After our consultation, if you’d like to proceed, I’ll send you the booking details to confirm your set time and day.
You can pay for classes via bank transfer or Direct Debit. These details will be shared with you as part of the Sign Up forms.
