Designed to support you at every stage of pregnancy, helping you build strength, improve posture, and relieve common pregnancy discomforts. Each session promotes, better breathing, core stability, pelvic floor strength, and mobility —preparing your body for birth and beyond.

Prenatal 1:1 Coaching

Have the flexibility of a 1:1 session, booked in blocks of 6. You will have the luxury to work around your schedule, in the comfort of your own home, and with a tailored programme specific to your pregnancy journey.

Postnatal Classes

Reconnect with your Body, Reclaim your Strength

Designed to support your recovery, each session helps you reconnect with your body through mindful breathing and progressive strengthening—reducing symptoms of diastasis, prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunction—so you can move with confidence and feel like yourself again.

1:1 Core Rehab

Sign up for my signature 12-Week Core Rehab Programme—designed for mums experiencing:

- Disconnect in their body after having kids

- Diastasis recti (tummy gap), Leaking during exercise/coughing/sneezing,

- Heaviness in the pelvic area.

This 6-week course is designed for mums who want to fully focus on reconnecting with their bodies and take a well-deserved break from ‘mum mode.’

With no distractions, you’ll have the space to move, breathe, and rebuild strength—supporting your recovery and helping you feel even stronger than your pre-baby self.
